Styles of Yoga

Types of Yoga We Offer

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Each pose flows fluidly and dynamically into the next pose. More emphasis given to standing sequences. A vigorous full-body workout. (A reasonable level of fitness is required).

Slow Flow Yoga: An easier level of flow class. Still a vigorous workout but a little slower and easier. A good bridge between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow classes.

Gentle Restorative Yoga: Passive poses created to relieve stress, induce profound relaxation and deep, gentle muscle release. Wonderful for Everyone.

Hatha Yoga: An accessible and eclectic blend of different styles of yoga designed to tone & stretch the whole body, relieve stress and create a deep experience of well-being. Levels 1 – 2 are suitable for beginners & those wanting an easier practice. Levels 2 – 3 is a class for intermediate students.

YangYin: First half of class is a Yoga class with a Vinyasa workout – followed by a slower paced class with longer held postures ending with restorative, relaxing Yin postures.
